🕒 Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, such as:

  • Personal care and hygiene items (e.g., cosmetics, grooming tools)
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products
  • Clearance or final sale items

📦 How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@rasecart.com with your order number and product details.
Our support team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address or label (where applicable).

Please do not send any items back without prior confirmation.

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

⚠️ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account or card statement again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@rasecart.com.

🔄 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@rasecart.com with a photo of the issue.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Proof of purchase (Shopify order email or invoice)
